We know that Bonnie did her best, gave a great performance on the night, and had a good song, and it is a shame that
the final result didn't reflect that because of the ever present politics of Eurovision voting patterns.
However we are proud of having represented our country, and of having done our very best, and our heads are held
high."

Bonnie Tyler beats Denmark in Eurovision chart race
Believe In Me finishes six places ahead of Eurovision winner Emmelie de Forest’s Only Teardrops on this week’s Official
Singles Chart.
Despite finishing 19th in this year’s Eurovision Song Contest, Bonnie Tyler has scored the highest Eurovision-related new entry on this week’s Official Singles Chart Top 100.
The Welsh star’s Believe In Me finishes the week at Number 93 - six places ahead of Denmark’s winning
entry,Emmelie de Forest’s Only Teardrops (99).
Despite Eurovision 2013 only airing on TV four hours before the cut off point for this week’s Official Singles
Chart, both tracks have debuted inside the Top 100. The Official Charts Company expects that Believe In Me and Only Teardrops will climb further as the week goes on;
last year’s Eurovision Song Contest winner Loreen’s Euphoriapeaked at Number 3.
In related news, the album Eurovision Song Contest - Malmo 2013 has leapt a massive 29 places from Number 43 to
Number 14 on the Official Compilation Albums Chart.

Following last night’s Eurovision, Bonnie has released a short message:
"The Eurovision experience has been fantastic. I got the feelings tonight that I got at the Grammy awards. I’m sure a
lot of people will be disappointed on my behalf but I have really enjoyed my Eurovision experience. I did the best that I could with a great song, I don’t feel down, I’m quite relaxed — and ready
to party!
The songs and singers at the top I really liked – Denmark, Norway, Azerbaijan. They totally deserve to be up there.
Of course I’d have liked to bring it home for the UK, but it has been a night to remember.
I would particularly like to thank my fans and supporters for their good wishes, enthusiasm and votes and hope that
they will continue to stick with me."

Bonnie Tyler did not win tonight! She arrived 19th!
We know Eurovision is all political and Bonnie knows that too. Now we can tell eurovision is about everything except talent
and music... Nevermind because it was a great promotion for her new album Rocks and Honey!
As Bonnie told :
"If I don't win it's not going to damage my reputation, people know me much too well already from my live shows. They
have seen me give so many powerful live performances. I am a live singer"
Bonnie did not lost for fans because she is our Queen!!
